    • 产品描述: (RS)-Butyryltimolol 是 Butyryltimolol 的消旋体。Butyryltimolol 是 Timolol 的有效前药。Timolol 可用于研究青光眼，但难于透过角膜，Timolol 化学结构修饰后得到 Butyryltimolol，透过眼角膜的能力增强，进入眼球后，经酶水解再生成 Timolol 而起作用。Butyryltimolol 是一种 β-肾上腺素能 (β-adrenergic) 阻滞剂。
