产品描述:	Embelin (Embelic acid) 是一种有效的、非肽类的细胞渗透性XIAP抑制剂 (IC50=4.1 μM)，在高水平 XIAP 的前列腺癌细胞中抑制细胞生长，诱导凋亡 (apoptosis)，并激活 caspase-9。Embelin 阻断 NF-kappaB 信号通路，从而抑制 NF-kappaB 调节的抗凋亡和转移基因产物。Embelin 诱导口腔鳞癌细胞自噬和凋亡。
